Complain Less

Be careful to keep your personal challenges to yourself and those closest to you.

The people around you have challenges of their own and likely won't be able to give yours real attention. Also, in time (if we're awake), we begin to see what a complete waste of energy a complaint (or whine) is even to the people who might be most interested... ourselves.

Once we embrace this fact, complaining less should be fairly easy... until someone around us begins. At that point, we might have a tendency to join in. When we smile, we remember to do what we can to minimize this tendency. When we move, we express care for another's situation and help if we can.

Strive to be complainless.

To feel good and flourish, researchers say that people need a 3:1 positivity ratio. That means they need to hear three positive statements for every complaint.

Having a positive attitude has been linked to mind-body-spirit benefits including:

1. Greater creativity and increased intuition
2. Better cardiovascular health and reduced risk of stroke
3. Increased resilience and happiness

—"Positive Affect and the Complex Dynamics of Human Flourishing," by B. Fredrickson and M.F. Losada (2005).

Relatively speaking, many of us who complain about anything really shouldn't.

When the complaints begin among our circle of people, maybe we should be the ones who throw out the idea that many people struggle with far more real (and basic) challenges than we do.

That's when we might hear... "Well, it's all relative."

And when we hear that, we should remember (and maybe remind each other) that we're all human beings and relatively speaking, most of us with a roof over our head, food in our stomachs and work to contribute are living every day...

Relatively wonderfully.

Be Thankful

So many of us are lucky in some way. Some, even more so.

Occasionally, we'll have moments that remind us of our luck.

The positive moments...
  1. Our work is recognized as meaningful by a colleague, manager, or customer.
  2. A good friend or family member calls and brightens our day, reminding us of the wonderful people in our lives.
  3. We're finally able to buy that special thing we've always wanted.

The challenging moments...

  1. We'll see someone who appears less fortunate, or hear of a friend losing a job.
  2. We'll see someone working in a job that seems physically difficult, or learn of a friend or colleague's new illness.

We're reminded, but... a little time goes by. A few distractions play out. A couple of things get in the way of the easy, and we find ourselves back to less than thankful (perhaps even complaining... again).

We need to more consistently approach our days and work with gratitude and remember that we're not entitled to either – that they are gifts.

And the most powerful way to express our gratitude is by serving others as well as we possibly can, to put their needs before our own (in whatever role we're in).

To be unable to work, to serve, and to have meaning to others... that is truly unfortunate, unlucky.

We should be more thankful for the opportunities we're given.

Ever caught yourself beginning a sentence with "Knowing my luck..." and concluding with something negative?

For many of us (even you), perhaps it should be "Knowing my luck, I'll win the lottery."

What are we doing!

One seventh or $1.5 trillion, of the U.S. economy today is devoted to the healthcare business, what Paul Zane Pilzer refers to as the "Sickness Industry."

However, by the year 2010, an additional $1 trillion of the economy will be devoted to products and services that keep us healthy, make us look or feel better, slow down the effects of aging, and prevent diseases from developing altogether.

The implications of the shift to proactive wellness are far reaching from health to beauty to food to medicine.

In 1908, Henry Ford's Model T launched the trillion-dollar automobile industry.

In 1981, IBM's PC launched the trillion-dollar personal computer industry, which grew so fast that PC sales surpassed U.S. auto sales in only ten years.

The trillion-dollar industry of the twenty-first century has arrived, and it promises to similarly revolutionize our lives and offer entrepreneurs and investors the opportunity to amass great fortunes.

This next big thing is the wellness industry, and Max International can show you how to state your claim now while the market is ripe.

In the book The Wellness Revolution, best-selling author Paul Zane Pilzer—a world renowned economist, lay rabbi, presidential advisor, college professor, and entrepreneur—has stated that the Health and Wellness Industry will be the next trillion-dollar revolution.

Already a $200 billion business, with most of its revenue coming from vitamin sales and health club memberships, the wellness industry is just now taking off. In just ten years, an additional $1 trillion of the U.S. economy will be devoted to providing healthy people products and services to maintain their health.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, investor, or distributor, I can show you how to get in on the ground floor of this burgeoning industry by explaining:

  • The scope and potential of this budding business
  • Why the $200 billion in proven demand is only the tip of the iceberg
  • How demand for Max International products has exploded over the last year

Building Your Downline In "Down Times"

Hey Freinds,

This came in my email from Tim Sales last night and I think it is spot on, so thought I would post it for you to read.

Economists the world over are telling us the sky is falling.

"Things are going to get worse before they get better," they say.

If you listen to them, they'll have you thinking...

  • No one is has a dime to spend...and if they did, it wouldn't be with you...
  • It's too hard to build anything right now - best to wait out the storm in safe waters...
  • You have no chance of succeeding because "big businesses" are failing - therefore the little guy doesn't stand a chance because they're not as smart

.... please excuse me but what they're saying should be flushed down the toilet - especially if you're a network marketer.

Right now is one of the best times for a network marketer.

Strange as it seems, network marketing actually blooms in rough economic times. After someone gets laid off from their "safe" job, they're a little ticked off, and don't want to work for anybody ever again.

The thought of having to rely on anyone again for their livelihood disgusts them.I don't blame them.

I never liked relying on anyone, other than myself, to make ends meet - and get rich.

My InBox Is Flooded

Everyday I'm getting S.O.S. messages from network marketers. Being an ex-Navy man, when you hear an S.O.S. it's ingrained in you to respond.

Seems network marketers - new and old - are listening to the talking heads and allowing them to control their most important asset

...Their mind! Lesson #1: Always control your thoughts - they're really the only thing you have control over.

They'll either make you or break you in this business. Get control of them and direct them to your goals. Don't let anyone ever steer you away from what you want.

Not your friends... not your family... and definitely not someone who gets paid to tell you bad news!

Building Your Downline In A Bad Economy

Once you get control over your thoughts, the next step is to steer your prospects away from "the sky is falling" mentality.

This is a bit more difficult - but very achievable.

I'm getting email after email about how "hard" it is to build an organization in these rough times. Reality is, it's really easier... but only when you know how to communicate the right message to your prospect.

Coming out and shouting that you have a great way to make money, places you next to a used car salesman in your prospect's mind.

The fear of being robbed by a snake oil salesman increases when the purse strings are tightened.

Yet, it's still a very profitable time - if you know what to say, how to say it, in what order to say it and most importantly, how to move a new prospect into being a distributor.

How To Learn What To Say When The Economy Is Rotten

You're not going to be able to escape your prospect's perception about the condition of the economy.

If you try, you'll be hit with every negative statement they've heard from the talking heads on the news.

Therefore, you must - and I do mean MUST - go right in and address their chief concerns about being able to build their downline during so-called rough times.

I say "so-called rough times" for a couple reasons...

  1. Because I was on a flight the other day, sitting in first class and it was full. FULL! I and everybody else paid 5 times what others in coach paid. Seems as though people are spending money... where they believe the value is!
  2. Billions of dollars changed hands yesterday! Truth is, the amount of money that exchanged hands yesterday, the day before and the day before that is staggering. People are still buying houses, new cars, and expensive clothes. I'll admit, not as much, but... they're still buying!

... the primary reason people are still buying is because they believe what they are buying delivers value to their lives!

Economists also say, 2009 will be the 'turn around' year. This is the year the economy will hit rock bottom.

After you hit bottom, there's nowhere to go but up. Once the "fear factor" disappears from the masses there will be a huge upswing in the market.

Working your business when it's "tough" out there, will dramatically increase your ability to explode your downline once the economy swings.

Prepare for the future by mastering effective communication today.

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.

What To Look For In A New Business

The recession is creating more and more people who suddenly find themselves out of work.

That being said there are more people than ever before looking for jobs that just are not there.
One option that some people are considering or should be considering is home based businesses or Network Marketing.

These new entrepreneurs can find any number of ideas for self-employment. But not all of these ideas will prove to be a good business opportunity. Evaluating what we call in the industry the "3 M's" of a business can weed out those that may fail from those that have a good chance to succeed.

The first M.

Is there a Market?
The first step is to determine if there are enough customers willing to buy your product or service for you to make a living. Learn what the Trends for the product is, Seek advice from people who work in the industry. Learn as much as you can about your potential customers. Get to know your competition's strengths and weaknesses. Focus research on how well they are meeting the needs of the customer. It should be a product that needs to be renewed or refilled to keep your customer base ever expanding.

The second M.

Is there a Margin?
Even if there is a market for your business, you still need to determine if it can earn you a living. The second step for evaluating an idea is to understand the basic economics of the business and the Compensation plans. How much will the product or service sell for and how much will you make on the sale of it, also what is the growth potential?
Don't get bogged down in trying to understand the compinsation plan fully, but try to get some kind of an understanding of it, so you can at least explain it to the new people you will be recruiting into the business.

And the final M.

Is this for Me?
The final step is to figure out if the business is a good fit for you. Is your WHY big enough that it will carry you through the challenges of your new business. And it is your experiences, knowledge and skills that increase the chances of successfully launching and growing your new business.

Evaluating the "3 M's" behind each idea for a new business will help increase your chances for success in that new business.

Although you may feel that you need to hurry replace lost income or are about to loose your income, take time to ensure that the new business you are looking at will truly provide a real opportunity.

Yours In Prosperity

A Defining Characteristic Of Success

I've discovered something that makes a huge difference in the success of an entrepreneur. It is a defining characteristic of the most successful people.

And you know what that defining characteristic is?

It's Vision my friend. It’s Vision.

I see a lot of people enter our industry with one thing on their mind and one thing only... Money.

And you know what else I see, many of those people are not creating the success they really want for themselves because as soon as their expectations aren't met right away they quit.

You want to know why the quit?

They have no vision. There is no “WHY” driving them. They are being driven by images of success and fantasies of how their life would be if only they had money.

And guess what? Even if they had 5 million bucks in thier bank right now, they would still be themselves.

Do you honestly think our problems will go away just because we have money?

Do you think all of the sudden life magically transforms, because we have hit a goal that we had in our mind, or having a certain amount of numbers on our bank statements?

There is a reason why people who win the lottery, or come across large sums of money are MORE MISERABLE AND BROKE 5 years from the day they got that money.

Think about that people who won a lottery and were surveyed 5 years later, were just as broke and actually less happy than they were before they won.

WEALTH is not about money in fact, true wealth is far from it.

True wealth is developed inside of you. It is something you cultivate within you, it's your attitudes, thoughts, feelings, heart, mind, body and soul in alignment with "true abundance" and "true abundance" is love, kindness, empathy, concern, sharing, wisdom, and other things that are hard to put into words.

Most people wonder why they aren't making money in there new business, is it because they have not created the wealth first? Money is not wealth, money is a byproduct of wealth

Do you really know how powerful it is to have a VISION?

Do you know how powerful it is to have a purpose behind what you do, that is FAR above just satisfying your own desires?

The entire world will stand with you when you have a vision!

Later we will learn how to cultivate your vision

Yours in Prosperity

The secret to excelling DURING Tough Times

In today's economy, there are two groups of people.
One group will struggle to achieve in this economy - and will rarely find happiness. How they live 5, 10, or 15 years from now will be a carbon copy of how they live today.
You may be surprised to learn that the other group will improve their lives because of the economy!
Yes, this group can recite stunning personal success stories - one after another. And their life satisfaction today is off the scale. Give them a month, and they can accomplish miraculous feats.
In just a moment, you'll discover the unknown key that determines in which group you may spend the remainder of your life.

The secret to excelling DURING Tough Times

[Group A]
This is the group you hear most about in troubled times. This group believes that the economy has swallowed half the nation.
The people in this group brace themselves for the worst to come. So they wait. They wait in fear. They wait to improve their lives - not knowing what's coming, if it's coming, and when it's coming. Like victims, they wait. And will continue to wait until someone informs them that the economy is strong again.
As they wait … life's grand opportunities pass them by.

[Group B]
There's also a smaller second group of people you rarely hear about. These people don't WAIT.
They Just DO IT.
In fact, the people in this group could care less how THE economy is doing. Because THEIR personal economy is doing great.
While the rest of the country is licking their wounds and waiting, these people refuse to participate in the economic troubles. In fact, they can't. Because they're too busy achieving their dreams.
Yes, people in this second group have plenty of money, a secure job, and a promising future. But that's not why they're able to live their lives so freely.
They have something more powerful - something that can't be taken away no matter how tough times get.
Something that will turn impossibilities into actualities and can make the coming year the most exciting, successful year of their life.
Simply knowing it can mean the difference between surviving in Group A. Or thriving in Group B.
I'll share with you what they know.

How to scale any obstacle - ANY MOUNTAIN - before you

Right now, as people trudge through today's economy, many of them are taking a giant step backwards. Any and all progress they made in their careers, their finances, their health have been erased.
The truth is: These WILL NOT be the only tough times you face. There will be more. Perhaps it's the death of a loved one. Or losing a job. Or a health concern. Maybe it's another downturn in the economy a few years from now.
If you never learn how to excel during these tough times - you'll never get anywhere. Because for whatever progress you make, you'll take a giant step backwards when times are tough.
The answer to achieving your dreams?

Excelling during tough times.

It was revealed some two hundred years ago. In Australia of all places.
More than two hundred years ago, the English colony of Sydney, Australia, faced problems that would make our current economic concerns seem trivial.
Besieged by an ocean on one side and a great mountain range to the west, food was scarce.
Unless they could cross the mountains and exploit the fertile land, everyone would starve.
Now that's "tough times"!
After many deadly attempts to cross the mountain chain, it was declared that the mountains were unconquerable. Because so, the range was named The Barrier Mountains.
Today, I be the first to tell you that every time you give a situation a negative label, you reinforce the power of the negative forces in that situation.
So, naturally, the people became convinced that the Barrier Mountains were, indeed, uncrossable.

(Let's just call these people Group A - see any resemblance?)

Well, in 1813, three young, adventurous men decided they were going to go where no man had - the other side of The Barrier Mountains.
They studied every trip that had been made.
What they found will surprise you.
What they found is the unknown key to your best life.
They determined that every single one had failed because they all crossed through the valley approach. They all followed the hollows path of the hills, but the hollows paths all led to steep cliffs.

They all failed because they took the easy way.

These three men realized the key to winning at life. The toughest way IS the winning way!
Needless to say, these three men had the first colonial view of the great fertile plains of
Australia. They succeeded. They saved the colony.

Now, let me ask you:

What mountains appear right in front of you?
Is your mountain your career? Your health? Your financial strength? Your relationships?
Even in the most discouraging situations. Even facing the largest and steepest mountains, you can maintain high levels of achievement, satisfaction and happiness.
The secret lies in a the setting of specific and practical goals to help you become MORE TOUGH than the toughest times.

Contact Us at: http://www.maxinternational.info/ to learn about an Amazing Business Opportunity with leadership and training that can help you conquer your Mountains.

The Missing Link for Growing Your Business

This was an E-mail sent to me from Tim Sales today

Hey Bob,

Of all the skills you can possibly develop to grow your network marketing business, one stands head and shoulders above the rest.

If this skill is developed you'll find your downline grows without much effort. Of course I'm not suggesting you won't have to work... what I am saying is: the work won't be so frustrating.

Picture what it would be like if you could - almost overnight - begin converting more prospects into distributors. How would your life change?

Would your income take an immediate jump? I'm sure it would.

Would you feel fulfilled that you set a goal and achieved it? I'm sure you would.

Would your family and friends-even the ones who doubted you could ever achieve any success in network marketing-begin to ask you more about what you do (Because now they're interested after they've seen your success)?

I know they would! I've had it happen to me - and I've seen it occur many times with my downline.

What one skill could possibly do all this for you?

Effective Communication.

Without it, your dreams of a massive downline and easy profits will never be reached. With it, everything gets easy and the money just gets ridiculous!

How To Master Effective Communication

Developing communication skills has been difficult for many. More than likely, this dates back to your elementary school experience.

If you struggled with English class...or... you dreaded presenting a book report in front of others... or... you didn't like to read, all of these factors could have played a major role in shaping your perception about your abilities to present to a prospect and convert them into your organization.

When I hear stories about how someone's third grade teacher would give negative marks for their presentation, or, how a seventh grade teacher would immediately critique a presentation someone made in front of the entire class - it makes me want to confront these teachers and tell them how damaging their remarks are, were and will continue to be...

...and, that despite their years of training and experience, they really don't know how to teach the art and science of communication.

I know - I used to be one of these guys. Someone who thought I couldn't talk to prospects well or effectively.

If it wasn't for my persistence in developing this critical skill, I would have NEVER achieved my financial dreams.

Once I developed this skill, my downline and in.come skyrocketed.

Why? Because my ability to effectively communicate to prospects enabled me to convert a larger number. Therefore, as I'm sure you know: the more people in my downline, the more money I made.

But I didn't stop there. I knew for breakthrough success, I'd have to train my downline in the same skills.

No one was teaching it. So, I taught it myself.

Best of all: you can now get trained in the same communication skills I used to build and train my 56,000 person downline.

It's a simple and effective system you can use to train yourself and others. When you master this skill, your ability to convert prospects will become so easy...especially in this down economy.

I personally used this through - TWO tail-spinning economies. Two booms and busts. Two periods where people were making money... and two periods where they thought the money was gone and no one was spending.

But here's a fact you may not know: Network Marketing actually grows when the economy tanks.

But, your business won't grow if you can't communicate effectively.

To help your business grow right now, I've put together my own Stimulus package. I'm knocking 20% off my very popular Brilliant Communicator CD set and Training Course but you've got to act fast.

So click the link below and learn how to communicate like a pro and watch your downline and in.come reach new heights. You deserve it. Do it for yourself and reap the benefits of learning this skill...

Kind of need to know what your doing

Tonight I was listening in on a conference call that my buddy Tim Sales had. Some of you may know Tim, but for those who don't Tim is arguably the guru of Network Marketing with huge down lines and a successful marketing business. The man knows his stuff.

Tonight he talked about what you need to know so that prospects don't put off joining your company or delay buying your product or service.

There are three broad categories about this business that you must know in order to eliminate, or better yet, PREVENT hesitation and excuses.

You must:
  1. Know your company
  2. Know all about network marketing
  3. Know about your products

Now more than ever, it's important to the success of your business to have as much knowledge as possible on these three topics, because when you are knowledgeable, your prospects respect you, and listen to what you say, and follow your suggestions.

He suggested that you not take 3 months to learn it but do it as fast as you can because you never know when you may run across a Tim Sales or someone of that caliber and you better at the very least know the basics or be able to get the info in a phone call ASAP.

Given the current economic climate there are plenty of people looking for a job, or even some extra income. This is significant to the growth of your business because you have something that thousands of people need NOW.

There's just one thing you need to be aware of and that is:

Prospects hesitate signing that distributor agreement because they don't fully understand what you're sharing with them. And their hesitation turns into all kinds of objections and excuses. If you can have them understand what it is that you are talking about and it makes sense to them they will join you and buy your product but again it has to make sense to them.

One of the greatest tools for this is the Brilliant Compensation video that Tim has on his website: http://www.firstclassmlmtools.com/

Someday Soon, You Will See (I Hope)

Hey Team (and friends)
The other day I was sitting out in the oil field watching the pump jacks go up and down and up and down and, well you get the point. It started me to thinking about how our business is a lot like those pumps, my company put money and time into producing those wells and now they just sit out there and produce income for the company.

Everyday they provide money to our company with out ever having to do anything but some maintenance ever now and then.

That's the true meaning of residual income. That's what Ive been trying to tell everybody for the last few months, that if you will work on building a team of people that get this concept you can basically never work for the rest of your life.

Could you imagine getting up in the morning and not working if you didn't want to and still be getting payed for it, FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

Anyway something to think about

Is Social Networking Sites All That?

I have recently posted a profile on three of the social networking sites . One of the reasons that I got on Face book, Twitter and My space, is the opportunity to interact with everybody that I have known in my life, is a very real possibility. I've only been on them a couple of weeks now and have found friends that I have not seen or heard from in 30 years. As I was searching for ways to better my presence on the sites I was looking for some help , this site seems to have a good grasp of how to do just that Social Marketing Journal

How To Answer The Question "What Do You Do"

Whenever we are in a social situation the question "what do you do?" is bound to come up.

It's almost as popular as "how are you?"

I'm sure you too have been the victim of a long drawn out sales pitch, when the question "what do you do?" is asked of someone in Network Marketing . I have never met anyone who wants to listen to a 45 minute sales presentation because an overeager Network Marketer believes they now have you as a lead.

If someone works retail they say "oh I work at _____". That's it, you know what they do in 5 seconds. If someone owns a business such as an air conditioning business, again you'll know what they do within 5 seconds of asking "what do you do?"

Yet for some reason, those of us in Network Marketing seem to not be able to convey what we do in under 30 seconds. I have met people and been guilty of it myself, that when asked "what do you do?" respond with a sales pitch that ends with "please join our conference call". We must remember that "what do you do?" was asked in conversation...this is not a lead.

There are just so many things you can say:
1. I sell products on a website.
2. I sell advertising via content rich websites.
3. I sell products for a direct sales company.
4. I represent a direct sales company.
5. I help people learn about _______(fill in one or two words here).

The answer to "what do you do?" should not be a sales pitch but rather a conversation starter. If someone says to me "I work at _________(insert retail store name here) then I say "oh I've never heard of them before" or I can say "oh wow, I shop there all of the time" or I can say "oh what do you do there?". The one sentence of "I work at _____" began a conversation".

Given the above five suggestions, one might then say to you "oh what do you sell?" or "wow, how long have you been doing that?" or "I've never done that, how did you get started?" Those five above ideas are conversation starters, not full blown sales pitches. You now can see where the conversation leads.

See if you can come up with at least five short answers to "what do you do?" that will begin conversations for you, no matter where you are.

You Know What The Real Problem with Network Marketing Is!

It never stops amazing me the extreme views that people have on the topic of network marketing and MLM's. Some people are passionate about it in one extreme or the other, and there are even top celebrity authors like Tim Sales, Warren Buffet, Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki that are either in MLM's or advocating them. Yet, with many people, you might as well commit murder rather than admit to being in a MLM.

If it's not the business model itself that offends people, what is the problem with MLM's or network marketing?
Maybe it's the pyramid structure? But you can't really take issue with the tiered compensation structure—almost every large sales organization in the world has that. Salespeople get commission, and sales managers get overrides or bonuses on top of that, and sales directors on top of that, and VPs on top of that.

Maybe it's the fact that you have to pay to get in it? But that can't be it—that's a standard franchising model. And I'm telling you, the franchise fee of most franchises is much more than the sign-up cost of any MLM program.

Now there are illegal pyramid, or "Ponzi", schemes. This is where all the money is being made off of signing up other people, with little or no real product ever being delivered. But in spite of whatever people may think, the fact is that Amway, Mary Kay, Avon, PrePaid Legal and many others have sold millions upon millions of dollars of products to happy customers, many of whom are NOT also reps. So, there may be a perception problem here, but if so, the perception is out of line with the reality.

The real problem with MLM is not MLM itself, but some of the people it attracts. Network marketing is just a business model. Its upside is that it has a very low cost to join, with the potential for outstanding revenue, and there are many who achieve that. Bulleted List

But those same things that make Network Marketing attractive, also make it attractive to many who are not really qualified or prepared to become business owners.

People who:

  • have not done well in their business or profession and have little money saved up to invest
  • have no previous experience owning or running a business
  • have no previous experience in sales
  • have little or no experience developing business relationships other than that of employer/employee/co-worker
  • are not satisfied with their current level of income
  • have unrealistic expectations of the amount of work involved compared to the revenue realized

Don't get me wrong—I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with any of these things, or that this describes even a majority of network marketers its just that as a result, many network marketers end up:

  • inappropriately discussing business in social situations
  • focused on new recruits and neglecting existing customers as a result
  • over-selling the opportunity
  • being either inaccurate or deceptive when talking about their business
  • coming across as deserate

Again, I'm not saying that this describes a majority of network marketers, but it does describe enough of them to tarnish the reputation of the rest. To pre-judge someone based on a small minority of people in that group is horribly unfair, but we must realize that most prejudices have some basis in reality, even if it has been distorted out of proportion.

So what's the solution?

There's a first time for everything. And network marketing/MLM is a great opportunity for people to have their first business, their first sales role, etc. My point is this—recognize it for what it is: it's a business, and you are a business owner. And if you've never owned a business before or if you've never done sales before, if you've never networked before, you need to learn about how to do so, not just from the network marketing/MLM experts, but from established experts in those fields. not just swapping tips at your team's weekly or monthly meeting.

Act like a small business owner, and people will treat you like one.

Glutathione The Miracle Cure?

Is Glutathione (GSH) the bodies cure all substance, have doctors missed the boat on this tripeptide amino acid that is in every cell in the body.

It is not a new discovery, Scientist first discovered it in 1888, it has been slow to surface on the medical radar screen. Because of scarce funding, coupled with little interest or awareness by the medical community, the role that Glutathione plays in cell metabolism has been highly overlooked.

Compared to a few dozen research publications in the 1970s, today there are more than 60,000 medical articles published on Glutathione.
For years it has been know that if you could some how raise the intracellular Glutathione level that you could promote the slowing down or the stopping altogether of diseases.
There are basically three ways to introduce Glutathione to the body
  1. Swallow Glutathione in its whole form.
  2. Intravenous
  3. Ingest the components or building blocks that make up Glutathione in the cells

Let's look at these methods.

First it is pointless to purchase supplements that merely contain glutathione, because the digestive system breaks down ingested glutathione and it will not be absorbed into your system.

Next is to introduce it to the body through intravenous injections, first it is very expensive and it only last for about four hours a shot and it is not very effective getting it into the cells because of the fact that the molecular size will not let it pass through the call walls. By the way this treatment method is what is used when a person overdoses on Tylenol to keep the liver from shutting down.

The last method that we will look at is the only one that seems to have any effect on raising the Glutathione level in the cell, that is to introduce the ingredients that the body needs to produce Glutathione in the cell. By breaking it down to the components that the cell needs to make the Glutathion they can pass through the cell walls and reassemble in the cell as Glutathione.

To date there has only been one product that can achieve this, it is so revolutionary that it carries 2 compositional patented, which is usually only given to drug companies to protect there ingredients.

MaxGXL’s® Patented Formula Dramatically Increases Intracellular GSH. MaxGXL provides the proper nutrients needed to promote the body's own ability to manufacture and absorb glutathione. MaxGXL also aids in liver support, thus helping the liver to function as the main production site and storehouse for glutathione.

How To Choose The Right Multi Level Marketing Company

If you have read any of the many financial books on the market today, or talk to any of the mutimillionaires of today, you will discover that the multi level marketing or network marketing industry is exploding. Over 13 million people are involved with Network Marketing and over $100 Billion in sales worldwide thats an 80% jump in sales over the last 10 years.

Why?

Well, Network Marketers know. There are two kinds of people in this world.

The first are the kind of people that will spend their whole life building someone else’s business. The second are those who spend their life building their own business. Get the picture?

There are hundreds of companies out there. But how do you choose the one that’s best for you? This article will give you some tips and insights to make your decision easier.

Product

The product is the most important thing that you need to consider when choosing a multi level marketing company. You must be passionate about the product. Don’t just like the product or kind of like it, but totally and completely passionate about it.

Why is this important? You are going to be recommending this product to your friends and

family. Don’t you think that they will be able to tell if you aren’t passionate about it? Sure they will! Any hint of doubt will inflect on your voice, your mannerisms, and your ability to close the deal.

First of all, you should use the product for 30 days before you sign up as a rep. If you like it so much that you would use it even if you weren’t a reseller, then you have a winner.

Ask yourself this: If I tell all my friends and family about this product and they do not buy it, will I really care? If you truly are with the right product, you will not care. You will just keep on using it.

Other product consideration questions:

What other products are similar to mine in the marketplace and how does the pricing and quality compare? Is the product unique? What do I like best about my product? What do I like least about it? It should be a unique product or service with little or no competition.

How will I market this product? Online? Offline? Can you think of a marketing plan in 5 minutes or less? If you have to think about it, then it’s not the right product. If you have 100 ideas, just flowing out of your head, then you are on the right track.

What is your personality? Are you a fitness nut? Then maybe nutritional products are right for you? Are you ticked off at the current legal system? Then maybe pre paid legal. The product must match your personality.

Company:

Learn what you can about the company. Who are the founders? What experience do they have? How long have they been in business? If you get a new startup then you might have to deal with growing pains and lack of support. If you are going with an established company, then your growth potential is more limited. It’s best to stick with a company that is one to five years old.

The company should be keeping up with the latest technology. Does the company have a website? How is it? Can people sign up directly on the website? Do they have an email auto responder system set up to follow up on your leads? Do you get a custom web page? Do they set that up for free?

Another important consideration is training. What kind of training does the company provide? Do you have to pay for it? How much is it? The training cost should be less than $100. If they are constantly pressuring you into going to expensive trainings that are $500-3000 (and there are companies out there that do that), then stay away!

What kind of people are involved? Anyone successful or famous? Anyone in there that has already made a fortune somewhere else? Has anyone in the company written any mlm related books?

The next area is compensation.

Study the compensation plan. Run the numbers to figure out what you need to do to make each level. Talk to others in the company and figure out how much they are making. Ask them to show you their check. Make sure that they are making the check from actual product sales and not from sticking product in their garage.

Do your due diligence on the company. The following are a few websites you should look at in your due diligence:

Better Business Bureau- http://www.bbb.org/

Federal Trade Commission- http://www.ftc.gov/

Finally, ask around. Do a google search. See what you can dig up. Don’t sign up until you are completely satisfied that the company is legitimate.

Bottom line, the multi level marketing business can make you extremely wealthy but you must do your homework to make sure that you join the right company.

Direct/Network Marketing Is Not a Race

Direct/Network Marketing Is Not a Race

This business is only won by taking your time. You must learn to think long term. Don't think short term because if you do you will quickly give up and quit on yourself.

Thinking short term is one of the biggest mistakes that people will make when entering this business. They will think of their business from month to month or day to day vs. years. This type of thinking ends in disaster.

Only when you learn to think long term -develop a long term vision, will you succeed.
It takes a couple of years to get through the learning curve so if you are thinking short term then you are defeated before you ever really learn what to do to really grow your business.

To ensure your success, you must think long term. Be patient with yourself and your mentors. Ask yourself this question: Have you really committed yourself to your business?

Set your goals to reach them in 1 to 3 years, not one month. This way you will not give up and quit. Be realistic."If you treat your business like a sprint and you jump from one business to another you'll fail every single time.
Rather real success comes from consistent and persistent focused effort aimed towards your one goal!

Have a goal, a plan of action and realize that it takes time to reach what you are going for. Gratification will only be achieved if you can devote yourself to your business for 1-3 years.
If you can do this then your dreams will become reality.
Pick a company that suits you!
Develop a plan!
Have a vision of where you are going!
Be patient with yourself!
Don't see how fast you can get to your goal!
Learn to learn along the way!
Don't jump from business to business!
Be committed to your yourself and your business!
Be persistent!

When Recession Hits The Economy, Network Marketing Booms

"WHEN RECESSION HITS THE ECONOMY, NETWORK MARKETING BOOMS"
Mikey Burns
If you're in Network Marketing, there's good news, and there's bad news - and the great news is that, for you, they're both good news.In good economic times, people are less interested in career alternatives but they can easily afford to buy more consumer goods. In bad times, they crave new business opportunities.
Today, we could soon be facing global recession - and tremendous worldwide opportunities for you.The U.S. economy is cracking apart due to mortgage meltdowns and rising fuel costs (energy) that are causing great concern worldwide. Fears are that an American economic dive will hurt the entire world economy.U.S. and worldwide, people are beginning to worry. Once they start worrying, they quit spending money.
This "psychology of fear" fuels bigger recessions. I'm not saying there is going to be a depression, which is much worse than a recession. What I am predicting, based on surveys conducted by our company (which have proved exceedingly accurate over the past 20 years), is higher unemployment and underemployment - good people forced to work for less money than their qualifications would warrant.
Translated: pushed to work for trashcan wages.
MLM A Countercyclical Business General economic theory holds that there tends to be a recession about every eight years. The entire history of the modern United States reflects this boom-and-bust cycle. Consistently, Network Marketing has grown during the "down" periods. The oldest Network Marketing company we can track is the marine-vegetable (seaweed) supplement company, Wachter's, which started in 1937 near the bottom of the Great Depression. Nutrilite took off in 1945 during the economic decline immediately following World War II. Shaklee and Neolife fared well in the post-Korean War slump.
Amway got a good start building with the slump in 1958.
Mary Kay started with the downturn in the 1960s.
This theory held true in 1992 when Alliance, Kaire, Life Plus, and a number of other companies started up and boomed (then later failed due to legal problems, partnership disputes, and mismanagement after the recession). Others like Herbalife went into hyper growth due to the same recession and became billion dollar companies. In the chart below note that during the depth of the recession indicated by the blue dotted line retail sales by major retail outlets took a dive. Direct sales (90% are MLM) shown by the solid yellow line jumped as store front retailing dropped like a rock! Today history repeats itself!

When recession hits, those with any intelligence are going to scramble to find alternative sources of income. In their frantic searches, they are going to find that the best of all alternatives is Network Marketing.Understanding the relationship between low-cost entrepreneurship and economics is important. During the past few years, the world economic boom has made people complacent. In the U.S., the jobless rate dropped to all-time lows of less than five percent. People had to be sick, lame, or lazy not to get a job.
Hamburger flippers got higher-paying jobs, such as assembling computers, and their incomes rose. Rather than looking for an alternative to a job or seeking extra income, these folks sat around and watched television. When recession hits, those with any intelligence are going to scramble to find alternative sources of income. In their frantic searches, they are going to find that the best alternative is MLM also known as Network Marketing.
We followed the increase in growth of several major Network Marketing companies operating during the recession of 1973-75. Companies that were not doing badly when the recession started, they had a fair amount of growth. However, when the recession came, they took off like rockets!
During the early 2000's recession (officially starting in November 2001), MLM company growth rates jumped higher than they were before the recession.
See the chart below (November 2001 was the benchmark) and look at the following growth. This was due to two reasons:
(1) Fear leads people to new income sources and they WORK the opportunity, not watch TV.
(2) The doubt of the recession lingers in the minds of people so there is an "aftereffect".
(3) During the recession the company grew a "freverant" distributor base, recruiting more new people that lead to exponential growth.

Another factor that fueling the growth in Network Marketing is that many Baby Boomers have put their life savings into the stock market. With the market's shaky up and down spirals, many Baby Boomers are slowing their high-flying, fast-spending ways due to meager savings except for shaky stocks. With the inevitable, cyclical decline of the stock market, they will see their retirement plan funds lose 25 to 50 percent in value. Will panic will follow. We hope not! But, Baby Boomers with good sense will be looking for secondary ways to build a secondary residual retirement income. A common phrase today is, "multiple streams of income."Grab your hat and prepare for the next boom in Network Marketing. If you are a newcomer, study the industry closely (and quickly). If you are an old-timer, get out your contact lists for the last two to ten years. In a recession, they will be solid gold! All you have to do is get out there and help people out of their economic duress. Now is the best time to grow your Network Marketing individual business or start your company! Whether you are a veteran or a beginning network marketer, the future is bright. Soon consumers will be looking for the best quality at the best prices. Where do they find it. In the quality products offered by your Network Marketing company .Recession causes people to open their minds to gaining alternative sources of income. If they are still employed, they are worrying about the possibility of losing their jobs or having them downgraded. If they are unemployed, they are seeking ways to build their income without spending large amounts of money to start another business.Check out Max International to recession proof your life
